Did you know, dry skin is a skin type, and dehydration refers to a skin condition that can affect all skin types including oily, combination, dry and sensitive skin?
Dehydrated skin, simply put, does not have enough water, and can be a result of many external factors, including weather, environment, diet, and caffeine consumption.
