  • Take 1 - 2 capsules with water 45 minutes before food or 90 minutes after food, 1 - 3 times per day. No more than 6 capsules per day. Recommended to start with 1 capsule per day, and gradually increase frequency only as required. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.





    1. Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) - an essential and the preferred building block of brain cell membranes and nerve cells that is for the growth and functional development of the brain in infants, and for maintenance of normal brain function in adults. It supports optimal levels of the most important neurotransmitters, including dopamine, serotonin, GABA, norepinephrine, and acetylcholine, and also improves the function of neurotransmitter receptors, allowing the brain to better utilize these brain chemicals. Additionally, it helps preserve brain volume, improve memory, increase brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) that keeps existing brain cells healthy and stimulates new brain cell formation, increase neuroplasticity which increases the brain’s capacity to form new brain cells and neural connections and improve its capabilities throughout life, and reduce anger, anxiety, fatigue, depression, and mental confusion.
