    Definitely! Simply contact us and let us know what you are looking for and what your skin concerns are, and we will come back to you with some recommendations.

    Can I try the products before purchasing?

    Unfortunately we cannot offer in-person trial at this point. Some brands, however, offer trial versions of specified products. Free samples will also be included in every order.

    Do your products test on animals?

    We adore animals and do not condone or support the idea of animal testing for cosmetic purposes. Thus we do not, and will not, carry brands that test on animals.

    Are the ingredients in the products natural?

    The products we curate do not contain harmful ingredients such as parabens, pore-blocking petrochemicals, sulfates, PEGs, TEA/DEA, SLS/SLES, mineral oils or synthetic fragrance and colours.

    Are your products safe for pregnancy?

    All products are made with top notch ingredients and integrity, so they are pregnancy safe, whilst some people tend to avoid products with retinol during pregnancy. Should you have any particular concerns, we recommend speaking with your obstetrician for special care guidelines.

    What is the shelf life of your products?

    All products have a shelf life of 1-2 years, once opened, please refer to the specific information stated on the bottle/ individual packaging.

    Why does the product look/smell different from the last one I ordered?

    Our brands utilize the best natural ingredients, and therefore products may slightly vary in color, consistency and scent with each new batch made, as natural ingredients are never the same due to uncontrollable environmental changes such as temperature, rainfall, and wind. These natural variations do not in any way affect the quality or efficacy of the product.







    What payment options do you offer?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Alipay HK, Alipay, FPS, PayMe, Tap & Go Virtual Mastercard, Octopus, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Bank Deposit on our website. Should you wish to pay by FPS, PayMe, Octopus or Bank Deposit, please settle the payment within 12 hours of order placement, otherwise the order will be cancelled automatically.

    Where do you ship to?

    We currently ship to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom. For details please refer to Shipping & Returns.

    Can I use more than one discount code at checkout?

    Only one discount code can be used per order.

    I haven’t received an order confirmation, was my order placed?

    An email confirmation is automatically sent upon order completion so please make sure the email address provided is correct. If you have not received one after an hour, please check your Junk or Spam folder first. You may also log in and check your order history. Should you need further assistance, please email info@ambrosiaskin.com.

    How soon can I expect my order?

    Orders are usually processed within 1-2 working days from Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays. After dispatch, you can track the shipping status of your order via the Shipping Notification.

    Can I change my delivery address?

    Before submitting your order, please check your delivery address carefully. In the rare case you must change your delivery address, please email us at info@ambrosiaskin.com with your order number, personal details and new shipping address immediately. Once the order is processed and a Shipping Notification is sent, no changes can be made.
