Prices

Product prices reflected in your shopping cart are final and exclude shipping and handling charges, unless the minimum spending requirement is met. Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with discounts and final sale unless otherwise stated. We also reserve the right to update our product pricing from time to time.

Online Orders

When you order online you will be guided through the process by simple instructions on the webite. You may review your shopping cart and confirm or correct it prior to submitting your final order. An order is confirmed upon clicking Submit at the end of the online order process. An order confirmation will be automatically sent to your registered email providing you with the details and value of your order, which is debited to your selected payment option. Once the order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation will be sent to your registered email address with tracking details. Unless a notification of order refusal or cancellation is sent by either party, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if an item is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms and Conditions (including our Privacy Policy) or if we identify a product or pricing error. If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be contacted by email or phone.

Only one offer or discount code can be used per item, order and customer.

Payment

Product Ownership

Delivery

We will deliver the goods following the delivery address and option selected by you during the order process. Any delivery timeline quoted to you are for reference only. We shall not be liable for delays in delivery or failure to perform due directly or indirectly to causes including but not limited to causes beyond our reasonable control, fail delivery by third parties and acts of God such as fires, natural disasters, floods, earthquakes and storms.

Acceptance of Goods

Products must be inspected upon receipt. In case of damaged items, you must notify us in accordance with our Returns Policy within 7 days of our delivery notifcation. If no such action is taken, you will be deemed to have accepted the products and we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date.
