Reson8™, Stage 2 of Marie Reynolds London's award-winning Epidermal Blanket system, is a lightweight hydrator formulated with a complex of ingredients including Aloe Vera, Jojoba Oil, Rosehip Oil, Avocado Oil, Plum Oil, Passionfruit Oil, Arnica Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Marine Collagen, Green Tea Extract, Tomato Extract, Melon Extract, Gotu Kola Extract, and Blueberry Extract etc. to calm, repair and stabilize the skin’s lipid barrier while providing penetrating hydration and healing effect to the skin.

In addition, Neroli Oil, Frankincense Oil and Rose Geranium Oil were carefully chosen for their skin rejuvenation and regeneration properties, as well as their ability to tune in to the human bodies to achieve optimum benefits, including physically, mentally and emotionally!

The lightweight formula is also formulated without occlusives like lanolin, shea butter, wax or mineral oil etc., and thus would not clog pores, which in turn, reduces the appearance of acne, blackheads, and excessive oiliness.

When amino acids are combined in certain formations they create specific peptides, which in turn become specific proteins that make up the skin’s foundation, and are responsible for its texture, strength and resilience.

Researches over the years have shown that different peptides work in very specific ways to target an exact skin care need, and they also teach skin how to help revitalize its building blocks and revive aging skin. Using products with peptides topically is like sending little messengers to the skin, which trigger the skin to perform specific functions like building collagen and elastin, fight free radicals, and reduce inflammations, depending on the type of peptide used.

Copper Tripeptide-1 - Copper Tripeptide-1 has been clinically proven to stimulate the synthesis of collagen in skin fibroblasts, increase accumulation of total proteins, glycsaminoglycans and DNA in dermal wounds, and increase synthesis of decorin - a small proteoglycan in the regulation of collagen synthesis and wound healing, thereby improving skin elasticity, clarity, firmness and reducing fine lines and wrinkles. It also has unique wound healing properties by stimulating the breakdown of unhealthy, too large collagen in scar tissue and stimulating nice and healthy collagen production afterwards. Additionally, it has significant anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.
2. Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 - Fine lines and wrinkles usually form when we constantly repeat facial expressions, such as smiling or frowning. Acetyl hexapeptide is designed to lessen and prevent the appearance of wrinkles by blocking signals from the nerves to the muscles and preventing muscle contractions, similar to Botox but without the side effects. It also promotes the skin’s natural production of Type 1 collagen, whilst optimizing ths skin's collagen and water retention function, further improving fine lines, wrinkiles, and skin elasticity. 3. Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5 - Palmitoyl tripeptide-5 can enter epidermis and can penetrate deep into the dermis, where it works on the specific skin receptors and stimulates the production of collagen in the skin. It thus firms the skin, and reduces wrinkles and fine lines. This peptide also stimulates hyaluronic acid and elastin synthesis. The combine effect is increased water content and elasticity, and less wrinkles. Additionally, it supports the healthy functioning of the skin cells and helps in removal of toxins. Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 - Also called Palmitoyl Oligopeptide, it is a messenger peptide that directly stimulates collagen I, glycosaminoglycan (chains of polysaccharides linked to a central protein in the dermis of the skin, for example, hyaluronic acid), and fibrillogenesis, and reinforces the epidermis. Many studies and clinical trials have found that applying it twice daily for at least four weeks can result in statistically significant reductions in wrinkle length, depth and skin roughness. It also helps decrease the appearance of pores, and help the skin retain moisture.

Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 - Acting as a cellular messenger, studies have shown that Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 can significantly stimulate the regeneration of collagen fibers in the dermis and the production of hyaluronic acid in the skin, which helps reduce wrinkles, as well as tighten skin by attracting moisture to the epidermis.
  
  In addition, it reduces inflammatory cytokines, known as interleukins, which in turn, reduces the cumulative damage that UV radiation, pollution, stress, and other pro-inflammatory factors bring to the skin. Studies have shown Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 reduces interleukin production by 86% after UV exposure. It has also been shown to lighten pigmentation, and even skin tone. Some studies suggest it may help in reducing the appearance of rosacea.
